Our investment strategy
Sagitta Investments focuses primarily on financial investments. It aims to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns through a diverse portfolio of liquid and listed investments and private market investments, including venture capital, private equity, credit and real estate funds.
Sagitta Ventures focuses on growing healthcare, technology and B2B companies with strong, defensible business models, as well as more mature companies with similar characteristics.
We invest alongside strong management teams, experienced operators and former private equity investment professionals. We aim to be a credible, flexible investment partner, able to invest in processes and companies with timing constraints and complexity.
Our partnership approach is built on transparency and trust. We believe lasting success comes from collaboration and open communication. Our team brings extensive investment and operational experience to a thorough due diligence process. We have a flexible exit horizon because we are not bound by commitments to external investors.
Boston Group is a Danish-owned IT and consumer-electronics distributor and one of the Nordic region's largest drone distributors. It supplies retailers across Denmark, Sweden and Norway with products including drones, PC accessories and software, supported by local sales offices and a headquarters in Skovlunde.

Sagitta invested in Boston Group alongside Treville, a group of former Axcel partners.
Science in Sport has developed research-led sports nutrition for more than 30 years. Its range spans energy gels, powders and bars, hydration products, recovery formulas and supplements. Its products are backed by Informed Sport certification and used by more than 350 elite athletes and teams.

Pharmacosmos is a specialised life-science company focused on iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia, two significant global health challenges. The company has expanded its product portfolio as part of its growth strategy.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2022 by operators with experience at Verisure, Flatpay offers small and medium-sized businesses card terminals and point-of-sale systems with a flat transaction rate, daily settlements and customer support. The company has expanded across seven European countries and reached unicorn status in 2025.

Awake Boards makes electric surfboards and eFoils sold around the world to consumers, rental operators and yacht owners. Its products have also found applications in water rescue.

Eupry provides automated monitoring and calibration for medtech, pharmaceutical and logistics companies. Its solutions help teams manage temperature and humidity requirements and simplify compliance processes.

Cerebriu develops clinical AI for MRI scanning. Its technology aims to make imaging more accessible and efficient while supporting diagnostic accuracy and reducing the burden on healthcare teams. The company has worked with partners including Siemens Healthineers and Microsoft.

Heart Aerospace is developing hybrid-electric aircraft for regional travel. Its ambition is to reduce aviation emissions while making regional connections more accessible.
